For seven years, I led Phillips Consulting—one of the largest independent professional services firms—where we consistently exceeded year-on-year growth targets, even during one of the toughest economic climates in decades.

Outside the boardroom, I lecture and mentor at top business schools, teaching strategy execution, leadership, corporate transformation, and building high-performance organisations through culture change.
